Partner and CEO
Michael is an entrepreneur and active investor with a focus on private equity, real estate, technology, and sports. With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, he began his career at Pictet in 2001, later joining Credit Suisse and ultimately becoming a partner at Mirabaud Group. Michael has a proven track record in building and growing businesses, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and strategic insights. As a father of three, he balances his professional life with a commitment to family, always striving to create long-term value through his investments. He is dedicated to identifying and supporting opportunities that drive innovation and growth across diverse markets.
Teodoro Diaz
Partner & Director
Teodoro is a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), a member of the Swiss Financial Analysts association (SFAA) and has over 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, during which he has been advising high-net-worth clients at several high-end firms such as Lombard Odier, Lloyds Private Banking and UBS. Along the way, he has developed a strong expertise in understanding the needs of both traditional and non-traditional clients from new generations such as entrepreneurs, athletes or influencers, offering them tailormade solutions. He is committed to providing an outstanding service to our clients and partners in order for them to reach their goals.
Ferran Pérez
Partner, Chief Financial Officer
Ferran has over 15 years of experience working on sustainable economic development. Prior to joining Elaia, Ferran worked at the World Bank office in Geneva, overseeing relations with the Swiss Government, multilateral institutions and Swiss private sector. He brings his experience in global emerging markets, an understanding of global trends, expertise in public-private cooperation and in project management. Ferran is responsible for financial management and operations.

Philippe is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Technician (CFTe), with 20 years experience in international financial markets in different international banks across the world: 8 years experience in Europe (Switzerland), 5 years in Asia (Singapore) and since 2014 in Latin America (Panama). Broker, Trader and Investment Consultant in Geneva (2001-2009), Head Portfolio Consulting for UHNWI (2009-2014) in Credit Suisse Singapore, Head Investment Advisory Americas (2015-2018) in Julius Baer Panama, International financial markets specialist with knowledge on the different asset classes.
